party: easter brunch head to toe - menu

Many of you will be either hosting or attending a brunch this Easter, and with Easter only two weeks away, it's time to start making plans! Even if you are simply making an appearance at a gathering, you should arrive in style with a dish in tote. With that in mind, I've put together a three-part, head to toe guide on menu items, drinks, decor and fashion (of course)! Today I will be sharing some of my favorite brunch menu items as well as some new cocktails I have come up with!

When selecting your menu it is important to keep in mind any dietary restrictions your guest may have (vegetarian, G-free, kids, etc.) Make sure there is at least one item you are sure each guest will love!.The second thing to consider is how many people you will be serving, there is nothing worse than running out of food! Below i've come up with a wide variety of options for every guest.

Cheese + Cured Meat Plate
Fruit Salad
Spinach + Feta Mini Omelets
Bunny Bait (so cute!) below
Strawberry Shortcake

Cucumber, Rosemary Lemonade

This is a great twist on a regular "Vodka Soda", it's SO good:
Grapefruit Italian Soda (Trader Joe's), Vodka, drop of Grenadine: below left

This is a elegant substitute for a mimosa:
Lavender Champagne (boil 1/2c sugar, 1tbs dried lavender & 1/2c water into a syrup): below right

Stay tuned for my decor tips! Follow Evoke on Pinterest for more Pinteresting ideas!

  1. These recipes look amazing. We always serve some kind of quiche or egg dish and I think this year it might have to be that yummy strata. The kids would surely love the bunny bait as well. Thanks for sharing!
