health: memorial day hangover helpers

If you had too much fun this weekend eating and/or drinking and need some help getting back into the swing of things we have 5 things to make you feel like new again! One thing that should help is knowing that it is only a four day week whooo hooo!

And here they are...

1. Lychee Wasabi Elixer- This organic and all natural detox-er can be found at Whole Foods or you can order it online. It is super tasty and can be great for getting your immune system back in check!

2. Enzymedica Memory Cell- If your brain is feeling a bit foggy we love these in general but especially after a long weekend. These help to vanquish tip-of-the-tongue syndrome and get the wheels of your mind back in motion!

3. Kombucha- Is another one of our favorites for getting the energy you need to be at your best! This fermented tea is a bit of an acquired taste so we recommend it over ice and a couple times before you say you don't like it...we promise it's really good!

4. Papaya Enzymes- These are cheap and at Trader Joe's or any health food store and are a great after meal supplement to help with digestion. We keep them in our purse and always eat them after meals. They are perfect to help if you had one too many desserts over the weekend!

5. Shroom Tech- Sport- This battles fatigue and gives you energy like no other supplement out there. Added bonus is there's no caffeine so it's not going to make you feel like a jittery crazy person on some 5 hour energy shot high.

On top of these drinking lots of water and getting in a good sweaty workout are must do's. Hope this helps to make you lucid, energized, and ready to face the week!
