Hello Evoke readers! I am Chelsea Vincent and I'm an Esthetician/Skin Specialist. I'm 25, single, attractive, whitty, like sports...If you know any attractive men that would be into that, send them my way...jkjk. I know a thing or two about grooming, so I thought I would share my grooming tips for men.

1. Waxing! Don't be afraid guys, I think it's a must for you because it thins the hair. Whether you're super furry or not, I like when men have their eyebrows, nose and ears in order by waxing every 4 weeks. For you men who are super furry, you can add in a back wax as well, this thins and softens your hair and less will grow back. That makes the grow out period easier and less painful during your wax.

2. Sunscreen is a very important part of your daily routine. A simple face moisturizer with an SPF of at least 15 (30 is better) should be used everyday. If you are worried about breakouts, opt for an oil free product. Clinique's M Protect Broad Spectrum SPF 21 Daily Hydration + Protection is a good one.

3. Ingrown Hairs is a common problem with men when they shave. The number one rule for these is DON'T PICK! Picking at them will cause infection, inflammation and scarring. The best thing to do is to exfoliate on a regular basis with a mild gritty scrub, and wash your face morning and night. For the larger red bumps apply tea tree oil to the area every night. Tea tree oil is a all natural antiseptic and will clear the bump in no time! Ingrown Hair Serum can be used every night below the eyebrows to prevent ingrown hairs, bumps and break outs any where you wax or shave.

4. Hair, There is nothing worse on a man then an unkept head of hair. Keeping up with your hair clean up every 4 weeks is important to keep that well groomed look that women love. On top of regular haircuts you should be be using product in your hair daily, and NOT gel! A basic texturizer to hold your hair, gives the "I'm not trying too hard but just enough and women want me for it" look. Work Hard from Redken for Men is a great product. Apply just a little to dry hair and form into place.

5. Now time for your favorite one, MANSCAPING! Whether you trim, shave, wax or get lasered we don't care JUST DO IT!

  1. hahah I totally understand where you're coming from with these tips, but I think I may like a different type of guy. I love my boyfriends hair when it grows out into big sexy curls, like a adorable afro and I can't imagine him getting his eyebrows done. I like my men to be really natural, my favourite look on my boyfriend is when we're out camping and he looks all rough and gruff, messy hair, hiking boots - I may be weird for that though haha! I like the rolled-out of bed, look adorably scruffy look personally but many of my friends do prefer a more groomed look as well!
