eat: avocado pie

I know we are all detoxing and all after Thanksgiving...BUT you will also need to start brining desserts to holiday events and it's raining in LA which never happens so I wanted to bake and share the reciepe with you all! This is a family recipe and it can be made two ways- completely amazing and healthy or amazing and completely healthy, you decide!! I made mine completely amazing and....healthy?? becasue the raw version is a little too advanced for my cooking talent level at the moment. But for all of you amazing chefs out there the healthier raw version looks really good and I shared a link to that reciepe below as well!! Bon Appetit.

{I'm not known to cook so I needed some proof that I really did make this :)}

"Classic Version"- Completely Amazing and errr somewhat healthy
What you need:

2 graham crusts
1 6oz. pkg. lime gelatin
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups avocado
1 14 oz. can condensed milk
2 tsp. lemon juice

Make gelatin without adding the cold water. Chill. Blend cream cheese, 1/2
avocado, 1/2 gelatin. Pour into bowl. Combine milk with the rest of the
ingredients. Pour into crusts. Chill. Top with Whip Cream or I also did blueberries and honey!


{If you have a mixer, it helps a lot}

{Pour into the crusts and put in the fridge to chill}

{ Put some whip cream on and you are ready to serve- sorry I got a little EXCITED but then you are done}
