health: cleanse & detox


Some of you may be like me and slightly over did it yesterday (desserts always get me!), if that is the case then here are some tips and tricks to help get you back on track over the next few days. I posted my 5 Day Slim Down a while back and I strongly suggest following that guide to drop the lbs in a hurry - it's quick and easy! But here are a few extra tips:

1. Drink lots of water - 2 liters per day.

2. Replace one meal with a smoothie or soup - liquids are easier for your body to process.

3. Hit the gym - sometimes one really good workout can get you feeling normal again.

4. Sweat it out in a sauna or steam room, this will help clean out the toxins in your body.

5. Eat a papaya enzyme after each meal for the next few days, it will help digest your food faster.

  3. I love all of your tips, thanks for sharing! On your tip#6, I just want to add one more suggestion with your cleansing ideas. A smoothie with chlorella. Chlorella is known as a great detox ingredient and this is why I always include it in my smoothie. The chlorella benefits that I felt ever since I take it is truly exceptional. I feel really detoxified right now.
