eat: cauliflower crust pizza

{G-Free/Paleo arugula topped sausage & mushroom pizza}

My boyfriend follows the Paleo Diet and considering my diet regularly includes cupcakes, cookies and pizza, I try and meet him halfway on our meals together. Last weekend I made these cauliflower garlic "crusts" and although the cheese isn't Paleo recommended, it's also not one of the main foods that are considered "agents of disease  - meaning it's ok sometimes. The crusts went over well, so I doubled the recipe to make a pizza crust and topped it with organic pizza sauce, lite mozzarella, chicken sausage, mushrooms, red pepper and arugula. This recipe is also g-free and I always use organic ingredients.

{I didn't make my crust very crispy - you could broil it a bit longer to achieve that if desired}
